Headed down to Chery Footscray simply to do a test drive of a vehicle I was interested in. After a deeply historical distaste for Alan Mance from a particularly poor purchasing and servicing experience in the long past. I vowed NEVER to utilise them again. Was catered to by Bridie. She was knowledgeable, non demanding and an all round delight to be around. Coupled with a VERY generous test drive time period (to get to know the car fully). I did the one thing I was never expecting to do - there. Signed a purchase contract. Delivery time frame was met. When Bridie was not there was cared for fully by Liam for any questions/documentation needed during the finalisation process. Picked up the vehicle and a VERY unexpected bonus - fuel tank was FULL. In the current market, REALLY did not expect that, but was deeply appreciative of it. My understanding is management have now said this process will not be continued (due to the current climate) which whilst is understandable, know that this additional layer of service does NOT go unnoticed or appreciated. Jaymes (who I didn’t utilise, as I sought finance externally) was also on hand, when I needed assistance and the sales staff were unavailable and 💯 helped me out of a post pickup hassle which was FAR beyond the scope of his job. Overall? Cannot recommend this dealership more highly for anyone looking at purchasing a Chery. Due disclosure - will still be going to Port Melbourne for servicing

All l can say is if you need to buy a car this is the one stop shop! Chery Footscray Dealership is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Liam was the star, he was absolutely wonderful. Went through the whole car and made sure l knew how everything worked. On top of this he has even followed up checking in to see how l was going and to see if l had any further queries about the car. Very happy customer. 😜😜👍👍
